Sometimes what you’re most afraid of doing is the very thing that will set you free.
Hello and welcome! I’m Polly Long, owner of Restorative Education. As a private practice school psychologist, I provide counseling, parent coaching, consultation, and evaluations to children, adolescents, and young adults. I specialize in the prevention and intervention of learning and associated problems.
At Restorative Education, I work with my clients and their families to bring awareness to thought and behavior patterns. My clients and I explore how individual, family, school, and community factors impact us. Through playful, collaborative interactions, my clients and I uncover what learning, motivation, or performance difficulties stand in the way of joy and academic success. Together we discover and put into practice strategies and tools to overcome such difficulties.
