Cancellation Policy

Be mindful of the cancellation policy as you may be charged a $100 fee if you do not provide 24-hours notice for canceled or rescheduled appointments.  

Payment

Payment is quick and easy! You will set up an account in the Client Portal and then complete a Billing Authorization Form. Your method of payment will be securely stored online. You may pay with a credit card or health savings account card. Your card will be charged at the end of your counseling, consultation, coaching, or evaluation appointment. You will receive a recipe upon request via email.

No Surprises Act & Good Faith Estimate

The federal government passed the No Surprises Act in January of 2022. Under the No Surprises Act, mental health providers must give private-pay clients an estimate of the cost of services known as a Good Faith Estimate. 

Each private-pay client will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate via the client portal one or more days in advance of their appointment. You may also ask for a Good Faith Estimate in advance of scheduling an appointment. The estimate will show the cost of non-emergency, foreseeable services expected to meet your needs.

The Good Faith Estimate is not a contract. If you receive a bill that is $400 or greater than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For questions or information about your rights visit, www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
